Living Choice commits to $112M vertical village in Adelaide

In September 2012 the Governor of South Australia, His Excellency Rear Admiral Kevin Scarce AC CSC RANR, turned the first sod for Living Choice Fullarton, a 142 ILU and Supported Living apartment development in the upmarket Adelaide suburb of Fullarton. The private venture by Ian Tregoning (pictured Left with the Governor) and Graham Hobbs adds to their eight villages with 1,400 residents Living Choice group. They currently hold 60% pre sales with apartments priced from $470,000 to $1.5M.
