Rosewood Aged Care Group prepared to walk away from $40 million aged care project after bank funding jeopardised by Federal Government changes

August 2012: Rosewood’s planned Leederville (WA) aged care facility of 120 beds, costing $40 million has stalled. They have also stopped redevelopment of their West Perth aged care facility. The empty Leederville project has cost $2 million to date and is costing Rosewood $20,000 per month.
